Processing time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery: We ship via Pudo (powered by The Courier Guy) nationwide across South Africa.

Pudo Locker Collection — R89: Your parcel is delivered to your nearest Pudo locker. You'll receive an SMS with a PIN to collect at any time. Allow 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Pudo Door Delivery — R120: Delivered to your door Monday–Friday during business hours. Allow 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free delivery on orders over R800.

Please note: Pudo parcels are uninsured. Risk transfers to the customer once dispatched.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
