How it works

Ordering a custom product from Sox & Jox is simple. Here's how it works:

Step 1 — Choose your product Browse our range and pick what you need — custom socks, jocks, or flip flops. Decide on your quantity and size.

Step 2 — Send us your design Upload your photo, logo, or artwork when you place your order. Not sure about your design? WhatsApp us and we'll help you figure it out. We can work with photos, logos, text, or ideas.

A few tips for great results: — Use the highest resolution image you have — Clear, well-lit photos work best for face prints — Logo files in PNG or SVG format give the sharpest result

Step 3 — We print and pack Once your order and payment are confirmed, we get to work. Every product is printed to order in our West Coast studio using vibrant sublimation printing — full colour, all over, wash-fast and fade-resistant.

Step 4 — We dispatch via Pudo Your order is packed and dispatched via Pudo nationwide. You'll receive a tracking notification once it's on its way. — Pudo Locker Collection: R89 — collect from your nearest locker using a PIN sent by SMS — Pudo Door Delivery: R120 — delivered to your door Monday–Friday — Free delivery on orders over R800

How long does it take? Allow 5–7 business days from order confirmation to dispatch. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Women's Month, Black Friday, Festive Season) times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays with you directly.
